STI/SPFA honors the owners of steel water storage tanks, at least 100 years old and still in active service, with recognition as a member of the STI/SPFA Century Club. "Water tanks are some of the most identifiable structures across the United States, and we feel it is important to honor these tanks not only for their extraordinary service life, but also for the role they play in ensuring the safety of our water supplies," said Kevin Gallagher, Chairman of the Field Erected Tank Section of STI/SPFA.
We invite you to enroll in this honorary program if your tank has at least 100 years of continuous service. Please provide the information below regarding the tank, and some verification of its age such as dated engineering documents, minutes from a village board meeting, a purchase order, a local newspaper clipping, etc. Please also include an original or digital photo of the tank to use for publicity purposes. We will send you a copy of the Press Release, and will include your tank on our Web Site under Award Winners. Thank you for your entry!
